This year’s conference theme is: “Bridging communities through resiliency and leadership”

We invite potential presenters to complete the call for proposals for the chance to share your research, programming initiatives or other innovative project and ideas.

Submission Deadline: July 16, 2021
Those selected will be notified by: August 30, 2021

We ask that you are comfortable and familiar with presenting online and that you cater your presentation to an online audience.

Additional Information:

  • Presentations will be selected based on the timelines of the topic, anticipated interest and number of proposals submitted on similar topics.
  • Topics should be designed for various service providers working directly in domestic violence prevention, legal systems, health services, housing supports, addiction supports, and children services.
  • Presentation length will vary from 20 minutes – 1 hour, please indicate how long you would like. NOTE: final presentation times will be decided based on a number of presenters, final presentation formats, and conference capacities.
  • All proposals should indicate how the presentation relates to the theme: “Bridging communities through resiliency and leadership.”

  • Recording

  • We would like to record these sessions and make the recordings available to attendees after the conference. These may also be shared with CDVC members who did not attend. (Presentations will not be shared publically.)
